phone or email rather than have any sales people or
real estate agents call you. We will help you determine where you
would like to live and why. We will match your lifestyle, budget,
health needs and objectives to specific communities.
It is also important to know what we DON'T
do. We do not represent any active adult community builders or developers. We are not a
resource for any type of care facility, nor can we direct or recommend
such communities, since we are not qualified to evaluate them.
SunLiving.com generates its revenues solely through advertisement, consulting fees and real estate referral fees. We do not
charge individual retirees a fee for the information contained in this
site. On occasion, if requested, we will consult for retirees, or
senior groups, who would like presentations, recommendations or specialized
evaluations of communities. This is a fee service.
