The seven recreation centers, two bowling centers, and eight golf courses are owned and operated by the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. (RCSC) and constitute the largest concentration of recreational facilities in the U.S. The RCSC is a non-profit corporation governed by a 9 member Board of Directors, each elected for a 3 year term, and serve without compensation. Monthly Board and quarterly Membership Meetings are open to all members.

A management team, under supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for the routine operation of the RCSC. Further invaluable assistance is provided by volunteer standing committees which advise the Board on professional, technical, and organizational matters.
Sports, Games, Crafts, Computers, Gardening are a few of the 150 chartered clubs operating under the RCSC umbrella.

A guide book to these facilities is available at the Membership office at Lakeview Center. A monthly activity calendar, the Spotlight, is available at all seven centers and lists the times and places of activities held in the RCSC facilities.
