When it opens in 1997, the 288-apartment life-care community will be located on the Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital campus. A Freedom Group and Sun Living Health Community, the six-story complex will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor activity areas to enhance each resident's lifestyle. A total of 18 different floor plans are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

A non-profit retirement facility with apartment living as well as licensed nursing care. Offers three daily meals along with weekly housekeeping. Medical transportation and shopping trips are provided as well as social activities. A dedicated staff and auxiliary make possible a home type environment with personalized service. The Auxiliary operates both a gift shop and a thrift shop. All gifts, memorials and bequests are tax deductible.

The Gardens at Camelot features 200 one and two bedroom Independent Residential units. The residential units are rented monthly and include fully equipped kitchens, Continental breakfast and lunch or dinner, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, emergency call system, social and recreational activities, basic cable TV, utility allowance and free nursing home care (Accrue seven days per year up to 21 days total). Other amenities include heated pool and spa, fitness facilities, guest room for visitors and multi-media room.
