A Medicare licensed Hospice and Home Health Care Agency serving Sun City since 1987. Hospice services are provided to terminally ill patients in their homes, nursing care facilities or in our inpatient facility. Medicare covered services include physicians, nursing care, home health aide, homemakers, therapists, social workers, pastoral counseling, volunteers, and bereavement counseling. Home Health Care programs include skilled nursing visits to the home covered under Medicare, as well as a private duty nursing program. A FREE Community Care Program is offered to support patients and families experiencing a serious long-term illness.

Care is provided with dignity while independence is preserved within familiar home surroundings through the following programs:
Sun Living Health Coordinated Home Health Services is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed home health agency offering skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy and social services.
Sun Living Health Pro Care provides nursing assistants, supervised by registered nurses, to help individuals with daily care needs such as bathing, feeding, meal preparation and exercises. A special grant through the Sun City Community Fund is available for those needing financial assistance.
Sun Living Health Hospice is a combination of home-based care and support services for terminally ill patients and their families, during the final phases of an incurable illness. Emphasis is given to treating symptoms, especially easing pain, daily comfort care, counseling and bereavement in the privacy of their own homes.

Services are provided by a team of professional and semi-professional caregivers right in your own home. We are a licensed Medicare certified program offering help to those wit any irreversible illness or terminal disease, such as Cancer, End-stage Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Heart disease, Lung diseases, Diabetes, and many others.
Situations needing more concentrated attention may be handled by a short stay in our special "dedicated hospice" unit located on the grounds of Brighton Gardens by Marriott. The hospice team can help the family and patient cope with the disease process and act as a vital link to the physician.
The Medicare hospice benefit will cover 100% of the cost of most services. Senior HMO members are covered as well. Services will be provided regardless of insurance benefits.

Social Workers assist people in need of services to remain in their own home by evaluating individual needs and linking the person to the appropriate community services which would meet those needs. Ongoing follow-up assures that those needs continue to be met.

A state licensed, Medicare certified home health care agency that offers a variety of options for those who wish to remain at home, yet be "linked" to their physicians. VillageLink provides a complete range of skilled nursing and home health aide services as well as speech, physical and occupational therapies and medical social services.
