Sponsors an annual series of concerts by professional soloists and chamber ensembles of national and international stature. Reserved seats at Sundial Auditorium are offered by yearly subscription to valley residents. Unsubscribed seats are available for single concerts. A Recreation Card is unnecessary. Contributions, memorials and bequests are tax deductible.

The Concert Band Society was organized in 1990 to support and promote the Sun City Concert Band. The Concert Band is a 75 piece band organized 16 years ago, and is composed of experienced senior citizen resident musicians. The band's 1995-96 season begins in October. The Society promotes the band's annual fund-raiser which traditionally has been a salute to John Philip Sousa. Contributions are tax deductible. For general information call 546-1928.

The Historical Society is a volunteer organization which owns "Our Old House", the first house built in Sun City. It is open for your inspection Tues-Fri 1:30-4:30 PM. We also collect and preserve records of how the Sun Cities area communities have developed into the first and largest active retirement community in the world.

A non-profit organization, the Chorus gives two or three performances of choral masterworks every year at local churches, and occasionally appears with the Sun Cities Symphony Orchestra. Membership is open to all residents of the Phoenix area and admission is by audition.
Rehearsals are on Mondays 3:30-5:30 Sept. through April.

The Symphony is a 95-piece orchestra of highly-experienced resident musicians and a generous complement of distinguished professional instrumentalists.
For its twenty-eighth season (October 1995-April 1996) the orchestra will present six Sunday afternoon concerts at the Sundome in Sun City West.

A facility of Arizona State University committed to providing the Valley of the Sun with the finest cultural and entertainment programming available. The 7,169-seat Sundome offers a diverse schedule of over 100 events per year, including celebrities, classical artists, musical theater, symphony orchestras, international festivals, travel films, concert dances, and much more. Tickets can be purchased at the Sundome Box Office and all Dillard's ticket outlets, or can be charged to MasterCard or Visa.
